Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the information sent through this website is handled, in the light of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018). This English version is an informative translation: the applicable law and jurisdiction remain those of Brazil, and the Portuguese version is the canonical one.

Last updated: October 14, 2026

What data is collected

This website receives, through the contact form, the information you voluntarily provide:

  • Name and preferred form of address.
  • Professional email.
  • Telephone or WhatsApp, when provided.
  • Company name, when provided.
  • Description of the challenge (what is happening, who is affected and what you would like to improve).

No sensitive data, data of children or adolescents, or financial, health, biometric or racial or religious origin information is collected.

What the data is used for

The data provided is used exclusively to:

  • Assess the contact received and understand the need presented.
  • Reply to the request and, where there is a fit, arrange an initial conversation.
  • Keep a record of the history of communication between the parties.

The data is not used to send promotional communication, direct mail, advertising or any purpose unrelated to the contact made.

Sharing with third parties

The information sent is not sold, rented, assigned or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Sharing may occur only when strictly necessary to enable the provision of the service, always with third parties that adopt adequate data protection measures, or where there is a legal or regulatory obligation or a determination by a competent authority.

Cookies and audience measurement

Audience measurement only happens with your consent. Before you accept, no Google Analytics tag is loaded and no browsing data is sent.

The measurement uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is browsed and the contacts it generates (form, WhatsApp, email and phone). There is no Google Tag Manager, social media pixels, heat maps or behavioural advertising.

Advertising features remain disabled: no Google Signals, no remarketing and no ad personalization.

Cookies: the only first-party cookie is the language preference. After consent, Google Analytics sets measurement cookies (such as _ga and _ga_<id>) to distinguish visits.

How to accept, decline and revoke: the measurement notice appears on the first visit; the choice is saved and can be changed at any time in “Privacy preferences”, in the footer. Declining or revoking stops the measurement and removes the measurement cookies accessible to the site — no event is kept for later sending.

Events sent: page views (path, language and page title) and contact clicks (form, WhatsApp, email and phone). No data typed in the form — name, email, phone, company or the challenge text — is sent, and measurement never includes administration pages or URLs with tokens.

Browsing information is processed by Google, which operates Google Analytics, under Google's own policies. In the current measurement configuration, event data is retained for 2 months and user data for 14 months. These periods are those set in the measurement property and do not apply as a general limit to all reports or to all data processing described in this policy.

The typefaces used are served directly from this domain, and not from third-party servers.

How long the data is retained

The information is retained for the time necessary to handle the request and continue the conversations initiated.

Where neither party is interested in proceeding, or where the data subject requests deletion, the data will be deleted or anonymised, except in the cases of mandatory retention provided for by law.

Information security

Business information is handled responsibly. Details about processes, data, strategies and results are not disclosed without express authorisation.

The principle of minimisation is adopted: only the information necessary to understand the challenge and respond to the contact is requested. If the relationship develops into a project, specific confidentiality instruments may be formalised.

Rights of the data subject

At any time, the data subject may request:

  • Confirmation that processing exists.
  • Access to the data that was provided.
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
  • Anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data.
  • Portability of the data to another provider.
  • Deletion of data processed on the basis of consent.
  • Information about the entities with which the data was shared.
  • Withdrawal of consent.

Requests may be made through the same channel used in the first contact or through the contact indicated below. They will be answered within a reasonable period.

How to get in touch

To exercise your rights or clarify doubts about data processing, get in touch through the form available at contact form.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in applicable law or in the website's practices. The last update date is indicated at the top of this page.

Reviewing this document periodically is recommended. Relevant changes will be highlighted on this page whenever there is a substantial change in data processing.
